Cancellations

Please request cancellation before preparation begins. Once a made-to-order or perishable product is prepared, cancellation may not be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact us as soon as possible with order details and photographs. Eligible cases will be reviewed for replacement, credit or refund.

Food Safety

Refunds are generally not available for change of mind after delivery of food products.
